Ernest
Kelly founded Kelly Plumbing in 1928. At the time,
Ernest and his wife, Vivian, ran the company from their
home. The depression and 30's in general were tough,
but Ernest and Vivian endured. After World War II,
Ernest's sons, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., came into the
business mainly doing new construction and branching into
the air conditioning business. In the late 70's, Kelly
Plumbing returned to its plumbing only roots. In 1974,
Bobby Jr. started working for his dad and uncle after school
and during summer break.
In 1994, Bobby took over the
reigns. Under his leadership, the business has grown
by leaps and bounds by adding a kitchen and bath remodeling
division. Bobby welcomed 4th generation journeyman
plumber and son Robby to his team in2006. Kelly
Plumbing has always maintained its commitment to serving
family in the Monroe and West Monroe area.
